During the past few years, “Resilience” has also been the watchword for the world of Culture and Festivals. Now it is time to start again, to resume dreaming. The awakening of this edition is a willingness to put fear behind us by focusing on the future of Opera. Work capable of representing a strong common language in the exciting opportunity offered by Nova Gorica and Gorica European Capital of Culture 2025. Piccolo Opera Festival will play a leading role in creating the cultural ecosystem that it is hoped will be a permanent legacy of this great event.
