For the past two years we have all had to learn to live more intensely with the sense of expectation.

A condition certainly not new, but one that has been charged with unprecedented hopes, ideas and also fears about what will be next. A time of transition that has become part of change.

The program of the 15th Piccolo Opera Festival aims to offer opportunities for entertainment, but also food for thought on this theme; emphasizing, in particular, how it includes the need for evolution.

The events are almost entirely outdoors and with an even stronger emphasis on sustainability. It further increases the number of cross-border events so as to make the event increasingly Borderless.

An openness to new musical theater and new artists so as to create a widespread cross-border stage that serves as a catalyst for new proposals and new talent. This is what the Festival wishes to build for the future of and with its Territory.
