An innovative event which combines the music of Antonio Salieri (on the bicentennial of his death) with a gastronomic offer dedicated to his passion for sweets. In fact, the story goes that the Venetian master’s favorite desserts included Capezzoli di Venere (typical desserts in Verona to this day) and Marrons glacés, also adored by another illustrious gourmand (as well as, according to a legend though never verified, historical antagonist): Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
