Vocal chamber music inspired by the Four Elements
On the theme of the air, which blows capriciously among the rows of trees, a stage for the winner of the latest Seghizzi International Chamber Singing Competition, Tamara Ivaniš. The program expands across the hills with sounds and scents that float freely, among the song of nightingales, the rustling of woods and forests, flowers with hidden lives, thwarted loves, and passionate dreams that soon vanish in the morning air. The repertoire, chosen from Croatian and Slovenian composers, alongside German and Italian works, reconstructs an ideal map of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Don’t miss the pieces written by two talented European composers, the Croatian Dora Pejačević and the Belgian composer of Italian origin Eva Dell’Acqua.
