Piccolo Opera Festival becomes a true opera experience without boundaries; an experience of enchantment! This is the theme of the fourteenth edition that evokes Dante’s anniversary and the tale of the afterlife through the three canticles. This year’s program is divided into five sections, each of which tells in music the locations of the events (never as strongly representative as this year), overlapping suggestions, stories and emotions

in an interweaving of sounds, landscapes, words, images and flavors. Music is also capable of shaping the territory by reshaping it to better accommodate it, but never distorting it, rather recalling the characteristics that make it unique and recognizable.

A program that, in spite of everything, does not cease to open itself more and more to international collaborations especially when they constitute a ground for cultural exchange and educational experience. This is the spirit that animates the Piccolo Opera Festival project, which aims to increasingly become a borderless meeting space for new creativity as the foundation

On which to build a shared future.
